    S2G Golf is Corpus Christi’s modern indoor golf facility — part simulator lounge, part neighborhood hangout. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Bay Attendant to join our team and help deliver awesome experiences for our guests.

    This is a part-time, in-person position perfect for someone who’s outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a casual, high-energy environment.

    🎯 What You’ll Do

    • Greet customers and give them a quick rundown of how things work

    • Set up bays and make sure all tech is working (we’ll train you!)

    • Assist guests with gameplay, drinks, and general questions

    • Keep the space clean, stocked, and welcoming

    • Help with events, parties, and good vibes in general

    • Able to work on your feet and stay calm in busy moments

    • Interest in golf is a bonus (but not required)

    👋 About the Role

    S2G Golf is Corpus Christi’s modern indoor golf facility — part simulator lounge, part entertainment venue, and part community hangout.

    We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Facility Operations Lead to help oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of the business.

    This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is someone with prior leadership, hospitality, golf, entertainment, or operations experience who is comfortable taking initiative, improving systems, and helping drive overall business performance.

    The right person will help ensure the facility runs smoothly, guests have an exceptional experience, and operational standards continue to improve as the business grows.

    🎯 Key Responsibilities

    Facility Operations

    • Help oversee daily operations of the facility

    • Ensure simulator bays, technology, and common areas are fully operational and guest-ready

    • Assist with opening and closing procedures

    • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the facility

    Guest Experience

    • Deliver a high-quality and welcoming customer experience

    • Assist guests with simulator setup, gameplay, bookings, and general questions

    • Help resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively

    • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

    Operational Improvement

    • Help improve and maintain operational documentation, checklists, and procedures

    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to systems and workflows

    • Support implementation of operational and revenue-driving initiatives

    • Assist ownership with improving consistency and accountability across operations

    Revenue & Business Support

    • Maintain awareness of bookings, utilization, and overall facility performance

    • Support initiatives designed to improve:

      • Customer retention

      • Revenue per customer

      • Membership growth

      • Event and party bookings

    • Assist with promoting leagues, events, memberships, and other business offerings

    Leadership & Team Support

    • Help support and guide Bay Attendants during shifts

    • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and initiative

    • Assist with training and onboarding new staff as needed

    ✅ Qualifications & Experience

    • Previous leadership, supervisory, hospitality, golf, entertainment, or operations experience preferred

    • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing work experience preferred

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

    • Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently

    • Able to stay calm and professional in busy environments

    • Leadership mindset with strong attention to detail

    • Available evenings and/or weekends

    Preferred (But Not Required)

    • Knowledge of golf operations and golf simulator technology

    • Familiarity with booking systems, POS systems, or hospitality operations

    • Passion for golf, entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience
